Pasture to Plate
The market for healthy, local beef has grown rapidly in recent years.
Confusion about protocols has grown right along with it. Our goal is complete transparency about our beef process. There is a reason for all the decisions we make in that process. We would love to hear your questions and hope that our approach allows you to trust the source of your protein.

FAQ
Where's my order?
Once your item is shipped, you can track it via the tracking number with UPS. Ranching is a weather dependent business. We do our best to avoid delays. Please be patient with us and UPS in the event of bad weather. Questions? - please email us. orders@rancholargo.com
How is my meat packaged?
Our partners at Jensen’s vacuum wrap and flash freeze your product to lock in nutrients and flavor. We use dry ice or freezer packs in recyclable insulated boxes for most shipments. At times we “repurpose” boxes and insulation from local businesses. We hope you recycle or repurpose boxes, refrigerants, and insulation.
Dry ice dissipates during shipment. If ice is left upon arrival please don’t touch it with bare hands. The vacuum pack seal can sometimes discolor the meat surface. No worries, this has no affect on taste or quality.
Frozen?
Our goal is for your product to arrive frozen, but occasionally it can arrive partially thawed. DON'T PANIC! As long as the meat is still cool to the touch and under 40° - it's all good! Simply place in your fridge or freezer and you're all set for tasty meat.
How do you handle my problems or concerns?
Individually and with care - If you need assistance email us within 30 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you beginning the review process. Keep in mind that our perishable meats cannot be legally accepted for return.
What about Refunds or Cancellations?
Orders to be shipped on Monday can be cancelled up until 5pm the previous Friday. Please email order@rancholargo.com with your confirmation number to request a refund. Keep in mind that our perishable meats cannot be legally accepted for return once they ship.
