Mongolian Beef Sliders

Serve over hamburger buns, open faced or closed for a sandwich. Pairs well with asian salad.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
Hamburger buns
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 chili peppers, chopped
(Anaheim, Poblano, jalapenos or serrano, depending on how hot you prefer)2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef then add onion, and chilies. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Pour off any drippings.
Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and honey and simmer until ready to serve.
